What you are looking at is our state-of-the-art alignment machine. This is the only machine like this located in Santa Barbara County. This exact model of machine is used in BMW and Mercedes Benz’s factories for R&D development because of the precision accuracy of the machine, and its ability to get detailed readings of the entire car chassis.
The Arago V3D relies on three DigiSmart imaging cameras to provide real-time 3D measurements. Two of the imaging cameras automatically capture the wheel targets on the vehicle, and the third imaging camera establishes the distance between the other two cameras. Our machine is calibrated every year to ensure optimal performance.
